Which are the scan limitations?

Counting scans shouldn't be a priority for you. Instead, keep an eye on the parallel scans.

Is there a limit on the number of scans I can run?

No. You can run as many scans as you want against your defined targets. However, if you want to perform multiple scans in parallel, you may want a superior plan which allows you to scan faster.

What about scheduled periodic scans?

Scheduled periodic scans have the same limitations as the non-periodic scans: on the maximum number of targets and on the maximum number of parallel scans.

How many scans can I run at the same time?

Depending on your plan, you can run 2, 5, or 10 scans at the same time. You can start as many scans as you want and they will run as soon as one is finished.

Where can I see how many scans or targets are included in my plan?

When logged in, go to “My Account” – Plan details and you will see all your plan limitations:

These are the limitations of a standard Enterprise license. For plans comparison, visit our pricing page.

I can’t start any new scans

If you are getting this error message when trying to run a new scan: “You have reached the maximum number of targets allowed for your plan.” you’ll need to replace some of your existing targets. You can do this by deleting some of your old targets and add new ones.
